Client satisfaction is monitored through the deployment of Client Management Teams (CMTs). These teams have the responsibility for contracting, finalising engagement service level agreement, as well as monitoring the condition of client satisfaction at key staging points in the project.
The second key component of our engagement is Delivery, with the primary role being the realisation of clients expectations. Integrated into the delivery component is a Quality Assurance function that incorporates rigorous end-product quality checks. Also Quality Assurance entails peer reviews before, during and after every engagement to ensure that what is delivered to the client meets not only superior technical integrity but also meets the standard of quality that the client marketplace expects of outputs bearing our brand.
